LASIUS C-LAV, HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING

In the Lasius C-LAV system, washing is carried out with hot water (up to 80ºC) sprayed at high pressure through perimeter nozzles for the exterior and the container valve area. The central rotating CIP ball washes the interior, with a pneumatic vertical positioning system and telescopic adjustment for washing containers of different sizes.

The end of the washing process is determined by conductivity / TOC. Drying is performed with hot filtered air up to 80ºC (65º).

FLEXIBLE EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION

Because the washing system is based on standard modules, the booth can easily be configured according to different parameters.
