MASTER PLANT

The IKA Master Plant system homogenizes and emulsifies relatively high-viscosity products (up to 100,000 mPas) using a counter-rotating agitation system made up of an outer and an inner agitator. These rotate in opposite directions and can be heated and cooled. The alternative spiral agitator can be fully heated or cooled and is suitable for viscosities up to approx. 30,000 mPas. Additional flexible PTFE scraper attachments prevent deposits from sticking to the vessel wall.

The Master Plant MP series is available in 9 sizes from 10 to 4,000 liters.

SPP PLANT

SPP standard production plant

Reactor for processing emulsions and suspensions in a variety of applications.

It is available in 8 sizes with capacities from 25 to 4,000 liters.

Flexible and easy to adapt to specific applications, the SPP can be used, for example, to manufacture creams and lotions in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries and emulsions in the chemical industry.

MAGIC PLANT

From the laboratory to production

IKA MAGIC PLANT is a laboratory-scale process plant for mixing and emulsifying development batches with different characteristics. It can be used for a wide variety of applications.
