The distributor system, manufactured by LIMITEC and distributed by Solpharma, consists of two main platforms: a fixed base anchored to the floor and a rotating upper platform. The upper platform rests on the base on ball bearings and has housings configured according to the number of drums to be positioned.

Made of 1.4404 / 1.4435 (AISI 316) stainless steel, with a polished surface Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. The base platform incorporates a load cell and a pneumatic cylinder that raises the plate to weigh the drum.

The system can be supplied as a mobile version with four white plastic castors (two fixed and two swivel with brake). The unit includes an integrated control panel with a Siemens touch PLC and a Sartorius weighing system with HMI.
