Process reactors for solutions, suspensions and emulsions

At Solpharma Tailored Process we design and manufacture process reactors adapted to the specific requirements of each application in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics sectors. Our equipment is developed to cGMP criteria, minimizing product-contact surfaces and using materials and finishes that can reach sterile grade, ensuring maximum safety, cleanliness and process traceability.

To ensure efficient mixing, they can be fitted with different agitation tools, whose speed is controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing the agitation regime to be adapted to the characteristics of the product:

• Paddles
• Propellers
• Cowles disc
• Dispersers
• Anchor with scrapers

The reactors can incorporate different thermal control systems, such as a double jacket or coil, with controlled heating and cooling, ensuring precise temperature control throughout the process. They can also be designed to operate at atmospheric pressure, under pressure or under vacuum, and adapted to ATEX requirements when the process demands it.

To make plant integration easier, the equipment can be supplied with different levels of automation, from basic configurations to fully automated systems integrated into the customer’s control architecture.
