Continuous Liner
System (CLS)
Using the Lugaia Continuous Liner system ensures the safety of personnel and products. The special axial folding system maximises film capacity in minimal space, with film lengths of up to 80 meters. The fold height and liner length depend on the film thickness.
On request, Lugaia also produces special CLS liner sizes from customer-specific films.
TransferBag
System
Lugaia TransferBags can be used for small-volume powder transfer and meet the high demands of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. On request, the bags can be made with a custom film in three cleanroom classes: ISO 5, ISO 7 and ISO 8.
Custom transfer bag designs with a range of connection options are also available.

High containment with low investment
The Lugaia SafePort transfer bag combines low investment with high containment. With the SafePort TransferBag system, products can be transferred safely at containment level OEB 5.
The special SafePort connection allows continuous docking for multiple product feeds without breaking containment, ensuring high throughput for your products.
SafeSeal closure system
The SafeSeal closure system ensures containment level OEB 5 (<1 µg/m³) in combination with Lugaia continuous liners and forms the basis of manual closure systems. With the SafeSeal opener, the closure can be removed without additional cuts.
The complete closure system consists of SafeSeal crimps, a crimping tool and a cutting tool, and can be completed with a protective cap and a hanger.
