Rototron RTS®
The IKA ROTOTRON RTS is a multi-purpose jet-flow agitator that combines the functionality of a conventional agitator with the properties of a rotor/stator disperser. RTS machines are used for tasks such as homogenizing, dispersing, suspending, emulsifying, aerating and dissolving, as well as promoting heat exchange. The high operating speed of the rotor, together with the small gap between the mixing blades and the injector tube, prevents backflow losses.
As such, the jet-flow agitator stands out for its high energy efficiency, circulating and mixing products intensively while using little energy.
TURBOTRON
TURBOTRON® agitators are the most commonly used for accelerating dissolution processes, transferring heat within a medium or simply mixing powders with a liquid phase.
They are used in combination with a variety of drives, sealing systems and tools to suit a wide range of tasks and operating conditions.
IKA produces agitators for a variety of situations: in open or closed vessels, with volumes from 100 to 20,000 liters, and with products of varying characteristics and viscosities.
RKG-00-Bo
The IKA RKG-00-Bo ATEX is a high-power, mechanically controlled agitator with an explosion-proof design for laboratories, pilot plants and small-scale production. It is designed for use in open or unpressurized vessels for processing free-flowing mixtures in the low to medium viscosity range. It can optionally be fitted with interchangeable tools such as propeller, turbine, dissolver, centrifugal, paddle or anchor agitators.
All parts in contact with the mixture are made of high-quality 316L (DIN 1.4404) stainless steel. Additional protection against the risk of injury from the rotating shaft is available.
