WHY A DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM?
When working with active pharmaceutical ingredients, one of the first considerations is whether employees are adequately protected against exposure, as these powders are hazardous to health. In addition to using the right PPE, a dust collection system is the best safety guarantee for operators during the production and handling of pharmaceutical ingredients.
The Dust Containment series has been designed with flexibility and safety in mind, making it suitable for working with OEB5-classified powders. The wide range of options and construction possibilities makes the units easy to customize for any production need, in full compliance with the quality standards required by the industry.
PHARMA 40 DC – FOR OEB4 AND OEB5 TOXIC DUST
Compact, quiet and flexible industrial vacuum cleaner, equipped with a containment bag collection system, especially suitable for connection to tablet presses, capsule fillers and blister machines. The cyclone is made of polished AISI 316 stainless steel and is also available in an optional WIP version.
SAFE DISPOSAL OF COLLECTED DUST
Once vacuumed, the material is discharged and collected in sealable containment bags.
H14 FILTERS WITH SAFE CHANGE SYSTEM
H14 filters with 99.995% filtration efficiency down to 0.18 microns. Safe Bag-In/Bag-Out filter change system.
WASH IN PLACE
The inside of the cyclone and the hopper can be rinsed to deactivate any dust remaining on the surfaces.
